When you submit an enquiry through our main form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, contact details (phone and/or email), property location and postcode, and information about your property and heating needs. If you sign up through our "just researching" option, we collect your email address only.
If you submit the main enquiry form, we pass your details to a single vetted, MCS-certified installer — currently Kairi Heating Solutions — so they can contact you directly to discuss your enquiry, eligibility and next steps. This is the core purpose of the enquiry, and you agree to it when you submit the form and tick the consent box. We do not pass on the email addresses of "just researching" signups to installers, and we do not sell your details to advertisers or share them for unrelated marketing.
When you submit a form, your submission is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure (our website and email provider) so that your enquiry is never lost — even if there is a temporary technical problem delivering it to us. Access to this storage is restricted to us, and it is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Our hosting provider is Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which processes data on our behalf. Any transfer of your data to the United States is protected by Cloudflare's certification under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with the standard contractual safeguards in Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum as a fallback.
Stored form submissions are deleted once your enquiry has been handled, and are in any case automatically deleted after 90 days at most. Beyond that, we keep your information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was given, and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent at any time — including unsubscribing from our emails. To exercise any of these, email info@ukheatpumpgrant.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
We use Google advertising cookies (Google Ads conversion measurement) to see how well our advertising works — but only if you accept in the cookie banner. Until you accept, no Google tags load and no advertising cookies are set; if you reject, the site works exactly the same without them. Your choice is remembered on your device for six months. You can change your cookie choice at any time — clicking that link clears your saved choice and shows the banner again.
